- Exterior security cameras are installed on the property at the entrance, basement, terrace, and backside utility area.
- Carbon monoxide alarm is not installed.
- Smoke alarm is not reported on the property. We recommend bringing a portable smoke detector if you feel it is necessary for your trip.
Pool Safety
- Proper swimwear is mandatory. Casual or street clothing is not allowed in the pool.
- Do not eat or drink inside the swimming pool area.
- The pool is checked daily at around 11:00 AM and may be cleaned if required, with applicable charges.
- Guests with open wounds, skin infections, or contagious conditions should not use the pool.
- Swimming immediately after heavy meals or alcohol consumption is discouraged.
- Please use the bins provided and keep the area clean.
- Pool furniture and equipment must not be removed or misused.
- Any damage or safety concern should be reported to the host immediately.
Property Safety
- Please use furniture, fittings, and appliances responsibly.
- Any damage, malfunction, or safety issue should be reported as soon as possible.
- Guests are expected to use the premises in a safe and considerate manner.
