The villa features a private pool, four elegantly appointed bedrooms each with attached bathrooms, a full kitchen, a home entertainment setup, a rooftop party and relaxation area, a library, a game room, exercise equipment (free weights), and a dedicated workspace. Guests are also free to use washing machine, dish-washer, microwave, crockery and cutlery sets, mini fridge and coffee maker. 

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we ask that all guests follow these guidelines:

• Respect Property: Treat the villa and its belongings with care.
• Courtesy: Maintain polite and respectful behavior towards staff and neighbors.
• House Rules: Follow all guidelines provided during check-in.
• Privacy: Respect the privacy and space of others staying near the villa.
• Cleanliness: Please tidy up after yourself to maintain hygiene.
• Safety: Avoid any unsafe or reckless behavior.
• Communication: Notify the team in case of damage, delays, or concerns.

We support multiple convenient payment options: Online Payment Gateway, Bank Transfer, UPI, Paypal and International Transfers. All of our payments are secured by Razorpay. We also accept cash for few reservations subject to prior approvals

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, Please refer to house rules, for more details. Alcohol is allowed.

Please confirm pet policies with us in advance to avoid inconvenience. A pet fee may apply, and we have certain rules to preserve the property.

Refundable security deposit at check-in. This will be refunded after check-out, post-inspection.
