During Your Stay
- Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
- Pets are not allowed
- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- No parties or events
- No commercial photography without prior approval
- No smoking indoors
Additional Rules
- Guests are requested to wash their own dishes. If dishwashing is requested from our staff, an additional charge of INR 100 per wash will apply.
- For bookings above 8 guests, an additional charge of INR 2,500 per person applies.
- Beds are not provided by default, but can be arranged on prior request at additional cost.
- Please avoid moving furniture unnecessarily, as this may cause damage to floors, walls, or fixtures.
- A fine of INR 5,000 may apply for any movement of furniture without permission.
- Food should not be consumed on beds or on the diwan to prevent stains.
- Guests are expected to return the property in the same clean and well-kept condition in which it was handed over.
- Home-cooked food can be arranged on prior request at additional charges.
- A refundable security deposit of INR 8,000 applies.
