All spaces — including the pool, rooftop, and common areas — are reserved exclusively for confirmed guests. No external visitors without prior arrangement.

We ask guests to observe quiet hours from 11pm onwards, out of respect for the surrounding neighbourhood. The property is designed for comfort, not disruption.

Care of the Space
Evara Niketan is a curated home, not a party venue. Guests are expected to treat the property with the same care and respect they would extend to their own home.

Check-in From 2:00 PM, check-out By 11:00 AM. Early or late arrangements are possible on request.

Checkout is straightforward. The property team handles all the housekeeping and reset between guests — your only task is to leave with the same ease and clarity that you arrived with, and perhaps already planning your return.
